• The site visit should be booked for a date that falls BEFORE the installation date.

• The site visit will take place at the project site and be less than one hour.

• It is NOT necessary for you to attend the site visit.

• The use of a combination lock box on site to provide us access is suggested.

• We will take photos, draw floor plans and email you a list of priority preparations.

• For Guaranteed Home Staging® (pay-at-close) projects, the priority preparations must be completed prior to staging.

• For Conventional Home Staging or Partial (pay-up-front) projects, the priority preparations are only suggestions.

• While we are able to accommodate most projects, we humbly reserve the right to refuse any project.
