• Be sure to book your installation for a date that falls AFTER your site visit.

• Our teams install 4 days a week, Monday through Thursday.

• Dates are subject to availability.

• Conventional Home Staging or Partial (pay-up-front):

  • To hold your installation date prior to your site visit you will pay for the initial duration in full and sign the contract. See the details of your contract for our cancellation and rescheduling policy.

• Guaranteed Home Staging® (pay-at-close):

  • To hold your installation prior to your site visit we require a $750 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit.

  • Once the site visit is complete, we will send you a contract with a list of “Priority Preparations.” These “Priority Preparations” will need to be completed prior to the installation of the staging. Please be sure to read the terms of the contract regarding “Priority Preparations.”

  • Should you not move forward with signing the contract you will forfeit your $750 deposit.
