WAREHOUSE TRAINING

A warehouse crew member is an entry level position with Spade and Archer. They are charged with the loading and unloading of trucks, set up of properties and maintenance of the warehouse. They report directly to the warehouse manager, and are directed during stages and sometimes during destages by the designers, lead warehouse staff and creative directors. They work Monday through Thursday from 7:30am until 6:00pm. They wear a uniform shirt while at work.

Title: Warehouse

Accountability: 

  • Safely operate vehicles 

  • Report mishaps to the lead warehouse 

Responsibility:

  • Safely load and unload staging items between the warehouse, trucks and project sites.

  • Insure all items on projects are photo ready

  • Repair staging items as needed

  • Attend all staff morning meetings

  • Follow instruction as giving by the Lead Warehouse, Designer and Creative Director 

  • Insure the working order of warehouse

  • Train warehouse staff as needed

  • Learn new roles to grow into Lead Warehouse Position

  • Make decisions based on our core values

Auxiliary roles: 

  • Fill in for other roles within the company as needed 


Title: Lead Warehouse

Accountability: 

  • Safely load and unload staging items between the warehouse, trucks and project sites. 

  • Insure all items on projects are photo ready

  • Repair staging items as needed 

  • Safely operate vehicles 

  • Insure the working order of warehouse

  • Train warehouse staff as needed 

  • Report mishaps to creative director 

Responsibility:

  • Take inventory on site

  • Upload inventory into Darby

  • Attend all staff morning meetings

  • Follow instruction as giving by the Designer and Creative Director 

  • Make decisions based on our core values 

  • Aid in marketing efforts to insure company is sustainable

Auxiliary roles: 

  • Fill in for other roles within the company as needed 


Title: Warehouse Manager

Accountability: 

  • Insure all vehicles are maintained on a regular basis

  • Insure all vehicles have current proof of registration and insurance 

  • Insure working order of warehouse 

Responsibility:

  • Attend and participate in weekly L-10 meetings 

  • Follow instruction as giving by Creative Director and Founder 

  • Aid in marketing efforts to insure company is sustainable

  • Make decisions based on our core values

  • Attend all staff morning meetings

  • Set the tone in alignment with our core values
